Jayla James, a high school senior, is currently running our Girls STEM Club on Mondays between 5 and 6pm.
The girls in grades 1 through 3 are participating in engaging STEM related activities, such as a water balloon density experiment, making binary coding bracelets, creating confetti tube cannons, and measuring heart rate with a DIY stethoscope. The girls are learning the fundamental concepts about density, coding, and energy.
