Succeed2gether's PATHWAYS FORWARD program offers wrap-around support for students and their families over the six-year journey from middle school through the first year of college or vocational training.
Pathways Forward helps students build a roadmap for their future by guiding them through formulation of goals and development of skills necessary to reach them.
The program provides quarterly group meetings and information sessions, as well as workshops and hands-on, one-to-one mentoring and instruction for students and their families.
Services offered include:
- study and time management skills
- subject tutoring
- career information and requirements
- how to set and achieve goals
- SAT and test prep workshops
- college essay workshops
- help with the college application and financial aid process
- guidance on navigating the class and school selection process
- a timetable for completing extracurriculars and community paperwork
- instruction on how to develop important life skills such as self-advocacy.
