A NIGHT OF WORDS AND MUSIC with Zara Phillips, Richard Thompson, and Warren Zanes.
An intimate, limited-capacity evening featuring three musicians who write songs and prose. Zara Phillips, Richard Thompson, and Warren Zanes, all of whom share a connection to Montclair, will take turns reading from their written work and performing a few of their songs. While some words become songs and others become books, the creative process is blurred. Join us for an evening of literature in the broad sense. Zara will read from her memoir Somebody’s Daughter; Warren from recent writing; and Richard from his new book Beeswing, a memoir of the years 1967 to 1974, to be published by Algonquin Books in spring 2020.
