To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the show’s debut, two renowned television critics have reunited to produce The Sopranos Sessions, a collection of recaps, essays, and interviews about the seminal series. The Sopranos Sessions is the ultimate insider’s guide to the groundbreaking series that changed television history. Tonight, author Alan Sepinwall talks with Dalton Ross, Executive Editor of Entertainment Weekly, about the show’s artistry, themes, and legacy, its portrayal of Italian Americans, its graphic depictions of violence, and its deep connections to other cinematic and television classics – and of course to local sites around our neighborhood.
