Welcome to the 2019 Succeed2gether’s Montclair Literary Festival!
Since starting in 2017, Succeed2gether’s Montclair Literary Festival has gone from strength to strength. In our third year we are excited to bring more than 130 authors and speakers to town from March 20 to 24, 2019, for a wide-ranging program of book talks, panel discussions, writing workshops, and children’s activities.
We are looking forward to welcoming you to the festival and hope the below information will help you plan your day.

Food & Drink
We will have Mary's Happy Camper set up selling coffee and two food trucks – Thai Elephant and Mexi-Flip Taco Truck – parked outside the Church. There are water fountains to refill water bottles in the Library.
Please note, that no food or drink is allowed inside The Sanctuary in the First Congregational Church.
Parking
Due to construction, some parking lots have been closed to visitors. The Blue marker is the First Congregational Church. Some parking meters on The Crescent and South Fullerton will be free for festival patrons. There are two parking decks (ticket machines) and one car park with meters which are walkable to the venues. There is also free parking on residential streets further away from the venues – please refer to on-site parking signs for time limits.

Public Transport from New York City
If you are coming by public transport from NYC, the best option is DeCamp bus #66 from Port Authority to Montclair YMCA on Park St. The bus leaves Port Authority at half past every hour on Saturday and arrives at the YMCA on the hour. See decamp.com for full schedule. It’s a five-minute walk from the YMCA to the festival venue. If you would like a volunteer to meet you at the bus stop, please let us know.
You can also travel by train from Penn Station to Bay St. Montclair on the Montclair–Boonton Line. On Saturdays trains depart every two hours and take 35 minutes. See njtransit.com for the full schedule. If you are coming by train, please let us know and we will arrange for someone to meet you at Bay St. Station and bring you to the venue.
